Please don't be afraid to share your denial info. At this time, OMB is asking to remove all personally identifiable information from reciept notices. So, we don't have to worry. We will get much attention only with specific evidances. Please do not hesitate..
I have recieved Omb response since I partificipated in the campaign. But, I have not used AC21 yet. Will be contacting PD_Recap for further direction.

When Xiyun Yang talked to me yesterday, I did mention that there are more Chinese and Pakistanis and people from other countries
She was very much interested in talking to them. ( I had mentioned this in my previous post, but would have got lost in the barrage of posts in the last few days)

I just wanted to let you all know that in the firm that I work ( a fortune 10 company) job postings clearly require " unrestricted authorization to work in USA without sponsorship".
I know that they have used this logic to screen out candidates who require sponsorship visas. EAD (for dependent) can be percieved as unrestricted work authorization for 1 year (or restricted because it ends in 1 year). EAD for primary applicant is restrictive on the applicant (because of the same/ similar job requirement)..

Hi everyone,
I have 2004 W2 but cant seem to find my tax return. I have 2003, 2005, 2006tax returns but not 2004. What can I do to get that return. Please any advice will be nice.

My lawyer only asked for the W2 ans tax returns for the last two years. I think the latest two to three years shall be sufficient unless USCIS asks for all specifically.
Are there any instructions specifically asking for W2s and returns for all years of your stay ? or every one is including all they have just to be safe.

Either employers think EAD is the student EAD which needs to be converted to H1 or they are ignorant.
My suggestion would be to not bring it up....and if it does come up tell the employer that you have work authorization and that the employer doesn't need to do anything. If that doesn't work, then someone is actively discriminating...

He may have seen many people worried about this issue on IV and he wrote on his site . Now you are becoming his agent and posting on this site. This is not a news. It is only a comment. It can be true/partially true or partially false.
To me this issue is a non issue for which IV is working and this lawyer is blowing out of proportion. Only handful of people got denials and that too because their Desi employer acted in revenge for them leaving the company.
I am not an agent, but one of the victim and looking for solutions. This may not be issue for you, but issue for many of us. I am sure you think your issue is important than others and I don't complain.. But this an issue..
Again whatever many be the reason, due to desi employer or USCIS we suffer and we are on the hook all the time..

I am not supporting any fraud, but what I said is, if you find workplace discrimination and contact a career guide, they ask you to find another job. Most sincere career guides will not support lawsuits or retaliation against employer unless you are not in a position to find other work. Even read career sites for women and advice, even in cases of sexual harrassment, they ask the victim to move on as a sensible thing to do, because in the end the company will somehow make the victim lose her job. There have been 1000s of USC Vs USC cases. I am not supporting any fraud but what I am saying is retaliation leaves bad taste in the mouth and world is a small place. For larger good of your rest of career best thing to do is move on.
Only some crooked lawyer who wants money will tell you, you are doing the right thing.
Your arguments seem almost convincing. I will have to agree with you that it might be best for the OP's career to just move on to another job and ignore all the gross violations at his work place. Wouldn't that be selfish though? Who is going to set things right, if everyone cares about his/her own career advancement?

In the email that you send to the streamline address, in the subject we have to write it in the format "I-485/MM". THe document says we have to write the month for "MM" but does not say whether the month is priority date month or the month that your PD will be current. What did you write?

None of country gives direct citizenship without residency card. Except some extra ordinary cases.
Even local US people will oppose it. Day you become USC , more responsiblity on govt. Not only money wise but so many things govt need to give you as USC.
