Just couple of days ago immigration-law.com reported about IV and its efforts to bring relief to high skilled community and 2 days later the site gets hacked. I wonder if anti-immigrants have anything to do with it ...... they may be really scared to IV :D

I believe you should be using your EAD + AC21 after 6 months of filing 485.
did you check elsewhere in the forum, I have seena lot of communication about it before here.

you can use AC21 with H1 transfer also. Using EAD is not mandatory.

Gurus:
Anyone has been in the similar situation. I really don;t want to start my PERM application if owning a company stock will trigger an audit.
If there is even a slight possibility, I would like to give back the stocks to the company (if it is possible)

I applied for I 485 , AP and EAD during 07 July. I got a fp notice back in 2007 and I got another one two weeks ago. I went ahead and did my bio-metrics over the weekend at TSC Application Support Center.
Does this mean that somebody has looked into my file and pre adjudicated it? or is it a automated thing and does not mean anything?
Please advice!

Who would be better to handle a complex GC case Murthy or Rajiv's office.
Any experience? I am looking for somebody who is responsive and can handle difficult queries from USCIS, if need be. How much do they charge for complete EB case?

My LC and I-140 was approved with my ex-employer in CA.Now I have a oppurtunity to join my ex-employer in the east coast. Will I be able to file AOS if I join in a similar role and when my PD becomes current ? The immigration lawyer of my ex-employer told me that I have to join in the same location as my LC was approved to take advantage of AOS as it is location specific. Is it true?

In response to my service request on 9th Sept 2009, my I485 has been transferred to the USCIS Hialeah Florida office for further processing. Normally I -485 cases are forwarded to local offices for the purposes of scheduling an in-person interview. In my case I live in New York and no way connected to FL. I am curious anybody or any of your friend�s have similar experience.
I really appreciate your response.
