My lawyer only asked for the W2 ans tax returns for the last two years. I think the latest two to three years shall be sufficient unless USCIS asks for all specifically.
Are there any instructions specifically asking for W2s and returns for all years of your stay ? or every one is including all they have just to be sure.
My attorney is not including any w2s/tax returns at all. According to her, their firm never files these documents and got many approval without any issue. Did you see any instructions in 485 forms that says that they are required?

OK, DOS buffer issue.
A. LAW. If there is no inventory in EB2 I/C (meaning demand). Theoretically DOS should make EB2 I/C CURRENT. DOS/CIS are not that dumb, or at least as dumb as before. I would say, they are very competent now and we should appreciate their work, pre-adjudicate, publish demand data (DOS), inventory data (CIS) processing time (DOS). THEY know, from PERM, I-140, there are at least 2K demand permonth from EB2 I/C. SO they will just safely move a couple of month of PD to make sure there is demand >2800 for India/China, so they don't have to make it CURRENT (per law)
If it is the law that they need to make it current, then if they don't, they are opening themselves to a strong possibility of a class-action lawsuit.

To be specific L1B resources cannot be deployed in client premises on projects managed and controlled by client (known consulting assignments in technology world). This is just part of the violation. Second... L1B resources cannot be used for general technical skills (java/.net/oracle/production support etc) BUT can only be used for their speciality skills (while processing the L1 visa outsourcing companies shows some internal tools to prove this point). Hope this cleared your doubt, I am pretty sure that now you will be able to find a lot of violations in using L1B resources. L1B resource usage is so common that most of us who are aware of immigrations statuses even doesnt know about this .. forget others including our clients and their managers.

Well, no - my basic argument is that the banks bloated up the 'real' asset value - I had the money then and I have the money now and I am still paying my monthly mortgage amount - the point is about the inflated housing prices.....with these banks knowing the actual value of the asset and still going ahead with the extravagant loans.
From another point of view, tell me 1 reason why would you lend out money to somebody who you know would not be able to pay you back?

I personally use ActionVOIP (another Betamax company). No real big complaints so far - except for the weird feeling something that they are occasionally stealing minutes from me. It's still cheaper than trio of Teliance/Trueroots/Airtel (as evidenced by my consistently lower spending per month). Even after getting vonage - I intend to keep my account in ActionVOIP with a small amount in it just for emergencies or when away from home.
However, in case you are planning to use any of these Betamax outfits - please keep in mind that Betamax is borderline shady. There are complaints galore about them misusing credit cards and using shady fly-by-night companies to evade responsibilities. So never ever give them your credit card number - always use paypal.
Vonage has already an approval from app store for iphone app which is in beta version and would be available very soon to public. I am not sure what features it will have, we need to wait for release.

If you are travelling on AP and dont want the hassle of transit visas, the following airports are AP "friendly" ....
1) Frankfurt (Air-India or Lufthansa).
2) Amsterdam (KLM, Northwest, United)
3) Dubai/Sharjah/Kuwait (Emirates, Kuwait Air)
4) All Pacific stopovers - Tokyo, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore (China Air, JAL, Korean Air, Malaysian Airlines, Singapore Airlines)
Thumbrule : Via the Atlantic route (Europe stopover) you must avoid London, Paris, Geneva (other Swiss airports are fine). Via the Pacific route, you are fine with any airport/airline.
In my case, I used Air-India from Chicago to Mumbai via Frankfurt (twice in 2005). No transit visa issues and great food - hot samosas soon after takeoff from Chicago !

No I don't. You basically don't want to keep the door open wide. Once you are IN you want the door to be closed. You don't worry about loosing US jobs to India/China, but you don't want Indians/Chinese to enter USA and enjoy the "quality of life" you enjoy here.
Nobody enters USA to live a "low profile" life.
You are getting dangerously accustomed to the "taking things for granted" style. You are loosing your competitive skills.
I personally know that more energetic people coming in is kind of dangerous even for my job safety-net (basically I cannot take things for granted). But I still have not learned to think beyond humanity, and I believe sharing is good. The new guys also deserve the chance for American dream.
And I don't forget that I was also once in H1B, and came with a lot of dreams and skills.
However, my point is, if you want to outsource take the job to the low wage country. Do not bring low wages here. I am ok if outsourcing would increase because of the Grassley bill. I am not ok if the low wages are dumped in here. I hope you people see the difference.

The 485 and EAD requires total 4 identical photos of each person. I enquired at Walgreens, but their passport photo package contains only 2 photos. Any idea how to get 4 identical photos of the same person? Moreover, the photos must be 2 inch X 2 inch. How to get photos of that size?
